Delete your account.
Use this form to request deletion of your House of Kairos account and personal data. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to sign in.
Request account deletion
To request that your House of Kairos account and its associated data are deleted:
- Enter the email address associated with your membership in the form below.
- Select Request account deletion to submit it. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to sign in.
- Our team verifies the request and deletes your account. We confirm by email, at the address you provided, within 30 days.
Our team will process it and contact you at the email address you provided. If you need to follow up, email apps@houseofkairos.com.
What gets deleted
Your personal details are permanently erased. This includes:
- Your name, email address and date of birth
- Gender and nationality
- Phone and WhatsApp number, and Instagram handle
- Your emergency contact details
- All of your photos, which are deleted outright
Any future class bookings are cancelled, and you are removed from any waitlists you had joined.
What we have to keep
Records of transactions — memberships, payments and purchases — are retained in anonymised form, with your personal details stripped out. We are required to keep these for accounting and tax purposes under Indonesian law, and once anonymised they can no longer be linked back to you.
How long it takes
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. We will confirm by email, at the address you provide, once your account has been deleted.
